Onemark Terms of Service

Draft. Effective date: to be confirmed when Jetto account sync launches.

These terms cover your use of Onemark, the Chrome extension, and its optional sync service and Onemark Pro subscription. Onemark is made by Jetto. By installing Onemark or signing in to sync, you agree to these terms. How Onemark handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service

Onemark organizes your bookmarks, open tabs and downloads in Chrome. You can organize bookmarks, tabs and downloads locally before signing in. Sync is optional: when you sign in with a Jetto account, your bookmarks are kept in step across your Chrome profiles through Onemark's sync service.

Free and Onemark Pro

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Onemark Pro is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in Onemark's options page, which opens Stripe's subscription page. After you cancel, Onemark Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while. If it still fails, the subscription ends. When Onemark Pro ends for any reason, sync continues for 2 profiles and the others pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted from your devices.

If the price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for partial periods: when you cancel, you keep Onemark Pro until the end of the period you paid for, with no prorated refund. If you were charged by mistake or something else went wrong, email hello@jetto.ai and we will look at it case by case. This does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Your account and your data

You sign in to sync with a Jetto account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Your bookmarks remain yours. We use them only to sync them back to your own profiles, as the Privacy Policy describes.

You can delete your synced data at any time with "Delete synced bookmarks" in the options page, or by emailing hello@jetto.ai. Synced bookmarks and profile names are deleted automatically after 12 months without sync requests. Account, subscription and profile enrollment records are retained to manage your plan and profile limits. Bookmarks in Chrome stay on your devices. Deleting synced data does not cancel a subscription.

To request deletion of your Jetto account and associated Onemark records, email hello@jetto.ai from your sign-in address. We will confirm your identity and explain any records that must be retained by law. Account deletion and sync-data deletion are separate requests; please specify both if that is what you want. Manage subscription cancellation separately through Stripe.

Fair use

Do not use the sync service to store anything other than your own bookmarks, try to access other people's data, or put an unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend sync for an account that does, and will tell you why.

Availability and changes

We work to keep sync running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or an outage at a provider we rely on. Your bookmarks always stay in Chrome, so an outage does not remove them from your devices. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut down the sync service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any paid period.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Onemark is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Jetto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Onemark Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own backups of bookmarks that matter to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any dispute goes to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in the extension's release notes before they take effect.
